Official Rules – Spring Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor:
The Spring Celebration Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Stellar View Events, My Havana Photography, The Wooden Fig, and Mrs. Mahjong NJ (collectively, “Sponsors”).

2. Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Morris, Somerset, Union, Essex, Hunterdon, and Sussex Counties in New Jersey, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries will be accepted beginning Friday, March 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST and ending Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 9:00 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter:
To enter:

1. Follow @stellarviewevents, @my_havana_photography, @thewoodenfig, and @mrs.mahjong.nj on Instagram.

2. Like the giveaway post.

3. Tag 2 local friends in the comments (each comment counts as an additional entry).

4. (Optional) Share the post to your Instagram Stories and tag Sponsors for bonus entries.

5. Bonus entries are available through the link in the bio, where entrants must submit name, email, and town.

Limit: One entry per comment, unlimited comments allowed; bonus entries per link in bio form allowed per instructions.

5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:

• Free balloon arch OR six floral centerpieces from Stellar View Events ($400 value)

• 30-minute spring mini photo session + 20 digitally edited photos from My Havana Photography ($350 value)

• Mahjong 101 Private Class for 4 Players from Mrs. Mahjong NJ ($300 value)

• $100 Gift Card towards Charcuterie from The Wooden Fig

Total approximate retail value: $1,200+.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described. Prizes do not all have to be redeemed at the same time.

6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email within 48 hours after the Sweepstakes ends. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond in time, Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity:
By entering, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions:
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsors’ control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

10. Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Instagram, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

11. Governing Law:
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsors’ privacy policies. Personal information will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes unless opt-in for email is indicated.
